Houlihan Smith acts as exclusive advisor in the sale of The Healing Staff.
CHICAGO, IL/ San Antonio, TX (April 2007) Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. acted as exclusive advisor in the sale of LisaMarie Fallon, Inc. dba The Healing Staff; it was announced by Charles Botchway, Vice Chairman of Houlihan. The company was acquired by ESA Environmental Specialists, Inc. a Charlotte, NC based government contractor.
"Our client is following a calling to ministry, and by helping her maximize the value created in her company over the last few years, she has the liquidity to pursue her dreams" said Charles Botchway who was part of the investment banking team representing The Healing Staff. "This is a rare instance, where two companies with identical corporate cultures and numerous synergies are able to come together. This acquisition puts ESA in a position to double and even triple their size in the next year or two." Commented Jay Rodgers a Managing Director at Houlihan who was also involved with the transaction.
