Houlihan Smith Welcomes Barry Petersen and Aaron Roberts
Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. (“Houlihan”) has announced the appointment of Barry Petersen as a Managing Director, and Aaron Roberts, CFA, as a Senior Associate in the Chicago office.
Barry Petersen comes to the firm from Dresner Partners, where he held a Vice President position. He will be joining Houlihan’s growing capital markets group. Petersen has extensive capital markets experience managing an institutional futures desk, and later as principal of a debt futures arbitrage desk. He has a wide range of international trading experience.
Aaron Roberts, CFA, joins Houlihan from High Pointe Capital Management, where he held positions as equity analyst and trading department supervisor. Mr. Roberts was a financial analyst for Miller Advisors before receiving his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
