Houlihan Smith Arranges $1.5 million Credit Facility for The Shade Group,Inc
CHICAGO, IL/ Dallas, TX (February 2008) Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. ("Houlihan") acted as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent in arranging a $1.5 million credit facility for its client, The Shade Group, Inc. ("TSG"), as announced today by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director & Vice Chairman of Houlihan. The credit facility was provided by New York City based Laurus Capital Management LLC.
