Houlihan Smith Arranges a Credit Facility for TexMed Staffing, LLC.
CHICAGO and HOUSTON, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Houlihan Smith & Company Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive financial advisor in arranging a credit facility for TexMed Staffing, LLC, it was announced by Charles Botchway, Vice Chairman of Houlihan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The financing was provided by Capital TempFunds a division of Capital Business Credit LLC headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. "It is exciting for our client and we're glad to arrange this facility in the face of a very tight credit market," stated Sylvester Gbewonyo, Houlihan's Managing Director on the transaction.
Founded in 2005 by Mr. Rob Colbert and Mr. Steve Cline, TexMed Staffing, LLC provides medical staffing solutions to hospitals and surgery centers in the Southwest of the United States. In response to the qualification gap in the industry, TexMed supplies healthcare providers with highly trained and experienced nurses and radiology staff. Management's experience has provided TexMed with insight into the service gaps within the medical staffing industry.
