Houlihan Smith Obtains Line of Credit for Top Secret Custom Countertops Inc.
Chicago, IL/Greensboro, NC (June 2007) Houlihan Smith & Company Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive financial advisor in arranging a working line of credit for Top Secret Custom Countertops Inc., it was announced by Charles Botchway, Vice Chairman of Houlihan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The financing was provided by BB & T headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Kevin Gear, Managing Director in charge of the transaction at Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. said, "The line of credit will be used for positioning the company for future growth and expansion within the greater North Carolina market."
Top Secret Custom Countertops is a manufacturer of laminate, granite, Corian®, natural quartz, and exotic butcher block custom made countertops. The Company was founded in 2003 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Top Secret Custom Countertop products are featured in homes across the state of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
