Houlihan Smith & Co. Arranges A Credit Facility for U.S. Miniature Lamps Inc. Chicago, IL/Indianapolis, IN (October 2007) Houlihan Smith & Company Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive financial advisor in arranging a credit facility for U.S. Miniature Lamps, Inc., it was announced by Charles Botchway, Vice Chairman of Houlihan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The financing was provided by Platinum Funding Solutions LLC headquartered in New York.
U.S. Miniature Lamps, Inc. began operations in 1986 and is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana with an additional office in Taipei, Taiwan. U.S. Miniature Lamps, Inc. is a worldwide supplier of incandescent and fluorescent lamps to appliance manufacturers, automotive manufacturers and electronic equipment manufacturers.
