Richard Gantt is a Regional Director with Houlihan Smith & Company Inc, and serves in a business development capacity for mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Houlihan Mr. Gantt was a practicing attorney with a leading law firm in Chicago. Prior to his time practicing law, he worked in the field of accounting, and as an associate at a boutique investment bank.

Mr. Gantt received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University where he was a recipient of the prestigious Poteat Scholarship and a member of the Track team. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Regent University, and law degree from Tulane University. He also completed graduate legal studies in Taxation at Georgetown University.
