Oren Embry is a Director with Houlihan Smith & Company, and advises the firms middle market clients on Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.

Prior to Joining Houlihan Smith Mr. Embry spent several years as a project manager for Bechtel Corporation where he handled contract procurement for goods and subcontractors in the nuclear power generating industry. He also handled project management of power outage contract work for clients such as Consolidated Edison Inc. Mr. Embry also developed alternate fuel power generating projects in the Mid-Atlantic region using municipal solid waste for Monterey Power and the Crouse Group. Mr. Embry is an accomplished entrepreneur and has lived and worked all over the world.
