Kim Gill is Vice President of Technical Support Services with Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. and was formerly founder and President of NorthShore Business Services, a strategic marketing consultancy firm. Kim has over 25 years of business and marketing experience in a wide range of industries, including: manufacturing; distribution; wholesale; retail and business services. Prior to founding NorthShore, Kim was an Associate of Mergers & Acquisitions and Marketing Analyst for the The Geneva Companies, a Citigroup company, where she was part of a team that led the firm in closed transactions over a five year period. With over 20 years of merger & acquisition experience, Kim has co-managed more than 130 client assignments in the areas of corporate valuation and marketing strategies and has extensive experience in valuation analysis, analyzing markets, researching strategic buyers and strategic marketing services.
