New York, October 13, 2009 – Houlihan Smith & Company (the Houlihan firm) announced today that Karl D’Cunha will moderate the “Portfolio Restructuring” panel and Bruce Lohman will speak on the “Government Intervention Panel” at the 2009 Structured Credit Investor conference “Opportunities, Strategies, and Reform in Structured Credit & ABS,” on November 4th. The conference will be held at Bayard’s India House at One Hanover Square, New York City.

Bruce focuses on providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions, valuation services, complex securities and derivatives valuation, transaction services, structured finance advisory, and financial restructuring services; He also provides credit committee advisory, expert witness testimony, and related valuation work in complex structured financings and distressed situations.
