Houlihan works with the debtor's claims counsel in preparing procedural claim omnibus objections for invalid claims that have been filed against the company with the Bankruptcy Court. Houlihan serves as the liaison between client, creditor committee, creditor's and claimant's legal counsel providing current and timely reporting, projections, and inquiries as to claim(s) status at any time. Working with the debtor, Houlihan provides a complete, detailed reconciliation of reclamation claims and asserted bankruptcy claims and the debtor's books and records. Houlihan files all necessary documentation with the Bankruptcy Court in conjunction with the claim's legal counsel to notify the Bankruptcy Court of claim(s) resolution.
