Bankruptcy Services

Many companies that file for bankruptcy protection face immediate challenges that can be a drain on the time and resources of key management. While operating their current business, management must also develop and plan a recovery strategy while, simultaneously, facing the ever increasing pressures to cut costs as they re-structure operations. Management's main challenge is to stay focused on planning and executing a recovery strategy, while assuring the company is in compliance with the complex requirements mandated under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Bankruptcy claims filed against the company are frequently an overwhelming endeavor for those responsible for managing daily operations.
